In a bowl drive egg, add sugar. Beat until fluffy mass.
Add the softened butter.
Add the sour cream.
Add hydrated soda, cocoa powder and sifted flour, mix well.
The Apple is medium-sized slice.
Add Apple to the batter, mix gently.
Put the dough in the form greased with oil. Bake at 180, for 30-35 minutes.
To prepare whipped cream according to the instructions - pour in bowl 150 ml of cooled milk, add to dry mixture. Beat for 3 minutes.
Ready pie to cool, decorate whipped cream.
