Never been to Italy and, most likely, will not. Travel has other purposes. But, like many Russian people, I love pizza. There is no particular preference, thin or curvy, definitely with mushrooms or with salmon: it is always tasty, if not pity of ingredients. Offer a recipe of delicious crispy lush dough and quick to prepare pizza :) warm greetings to distant Italy.

For a soft and airy dough mix: 7 tsp sugar, a pinch of salt, sachet of fast acting yeast (11-12 g). Add warm water, 250-300 ml, one egg and 2 tbsp oil. Then add 2 cups of flour, stir, knead and pour another Cup of flour. Write under cover to rise (raised in five minutes to the desired size).
While the dough rises, make filling. You need to gently fry the mushrooms, grate cheese, chop half of the tomato and mozzarella. For decoration just cut finely: still part of tomato, pickled cucumber and remaining mozzarella.
Knead the risen dough, adding the remaining flour. Roll. I decided to cut out the shape of a heart, and with the remaining dough made bumpers. Fluff with a mixture of ketchup and mayonnaise. Put the stuffing: mushrooms + tomatoes + mozzarella, sprinkle with cheese.
I decided to make the flag of Italy, therefore, crumble on top salt (can be pickled) cucumbers, leftover mozzarella and tomatoes.
Bake pizza need in a pre-heated 200 degree oven. The dough is baked through quickly enough, in 15 minutes. It rises and becomes airy. Those who believe that pizza should be thin, you a friendly Hello :) But this pizza is just as good. Besides, this dough is also very yummy crunches ;) Bon appetit!
