Cooking
Curd grind through a sieve to obtain a smooth homogeneous structure. Add sour cream, egg, sugar, vanilla and semolina, mix well. Molds for cupcakes to fill with the cheese mixture and bake in preheated oven at t 200 C for 15 minutes. I use silicone molds if you will be cooking in metal molds, put on the bottom of the molds a piece of baking paper and grease the molds with oil.
The curd is ready when the edges are sealed, middle, and even shakes. Cool the curd for 5 minutes, get them out of the molds, transfer to a plate. Serve with sour cream or your favorite jam.
