Cooking
Preparation of the dough. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add one teaspoon sugar, one Cup flour and a little salt. Mix everything and put in a warm place for 15 minutes.
Once the batter starts to bubble, add gradually flour, knead the dough. Flour may need more or less.
The dough should be elastic and not stick to hands.
Preparing the filling. Mushrooms and cut in.
Then the mushrooms need to boil in salted water for about 20 minutes.
Onions must be fried in a pan until Golden brown.
In a frying pan to the onions add the mushrooms and fry all together on medium heat for about 10 minutes. Mushrooms are ready.
Cheese grate on a coarse grater.
Roll out the dough to 1 cm thick.
Cut small lepeshechki with a diameter of about 15 cm.
Spread the tortillas onto a baking sheet.
On the dough put tomatoes.
Send our mini-pizzas in the oven for 20 minutes. Five minutes before cooking take out and sprinkle with grated cheese. From this amount of ingredients I get about 12-15 pieces of small pizzas. Our mini pizzas are ready. All a pleasant appetite!!!
