250 grams biscuits grind into powder, add 100 grams of melted or soft butter. this mass spread the bottom and sides (about 1.5-2 cm). form I had 23 cm form put in the refrigerator, prepare the filling.
350 gr of soft cheese (or 200 regular cottage cheese and 120-150 grams of yogurt), a little vanilla, 250 grams curd cheese (ricotta or mascarpone) and sugar. Beat. Add the eggs and whisk.
Pour the filling into the form. put in the preheated oven. bake about 1 hour at 180 degrees
The finished cheesecake should jiggle slightly in the middle, the rest should "seize". Therefore, you may need a little more time in the oven.
Ready to leave cheesecake in turned off oven to cool. Then 2 hours to move into the refrigerator
You can apply by yourself, you can add any: condensed milk, jam, chocolate, berry topping (as in my case)
