Flan saury
Open pies – quite in traditions of Russian national cuisine. In Siberia they were prepared with sturgeon, a sterlet, white fishes. Today, this fish is also not uncommon. But we went the easy way: baked a pie with canned saury. Maybe not authentic but delicious!

Ingredients

  • Flour

To prepare the dough. In the bowl of a kitchen processor mix all ingredients, knead with mixer until smooth.

Put the dough, cover with cling film, to give a little rest.

To prepare the filling. Saury in a bowl.

Mash with a fork.

Onion finely chopped.

Processed cheese finely cut or RUB on a grater.

Hard cheese grate on a coarse grater.

Eggs, finely chopped or grated, mix all the ingredients for the filling.

Roll the dough not too thin – about 3-4 mm, put in greased with butter a baking pan.

Put the stuffing.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes until the filling is browned.
