These products I used.
Roll out the dough and put in shape so that its edges formed bumpers. Top - blueberries, pineapple, sprinkled with sugar and starch. Wepcam 10 minutes at a temperature of 200-220 degrees.
Proteins whisk in a solid foam and put it on top of the pie. Sprinkle with coconut, wepcam for another 15-20 minutes.
The cake let it cool and start tasting. It turns out very tasty!
