Cooking
In a glass of warm water to dissolve the citric acid, add sugar and lemon zest ( I have one ready-made) and mix
Add oil, vinegar and mix well. Then add the Cup of flour and mix
Soda to dissolve 1 tbsp of water and add to the dough. Add the remaining flour a half Cup and quickly stir the batter with a mixer. Add nuts and gently stir with a spatula
In the form lined with baking paper put the dough and send in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 180 gr
The cooled cake decorate as desired, although it is so good and shines like a polished samovar))) here is brilliant fun
