It is easy to prepare from simple ingredients, and it turns out very tasty! And a very hearty pie, because the filling of a "heart"!

I baked the pumpkin pie variety "Butternut" - a mild flavor and quick preparation. For the test you need pumpkin puree, I did it in the microwave: cut the cleaned pumpkin into small pieces, add a little water and cook at maximum power for 7 minutes. Blend in a blender. Turns out half a Cup of puree.

Mix the dry ingredients: sifted flour, baking powder, 3 pinches of salt. And liquid: pumpkin puree (chilled), butter, egg (little yolk separated for brushing).
