Traditional pies with dried apricots and cheese
Moldovan Placinta resemble a burrito. The stuffing can be prepared both sweet and savory. I want to offer the option of the sweet filling of dried apricots and cottage cheese.

Make a batter. For this mix the flour, water, salt and sunflower oil. Knead a thick dough and leave on time, prepare the filling.

Raspravam dried apricots with boiling water and finely chop. Add the dried apricots in cottage cheese and stir.

Divide the dough into 8 parts, roll out tortillas and put the filling.
