I propose to make a fish roll, which will be a great appetizer as dinner and festive day. And adding any side dish, get a dish.

Cooking
Fry mushrooms with onions.
Boil eggs and finely chop. Grind herbs and add all the mushrooms. Salt, pepper, stir.
The fish is a bit repulsing.
Spread some of the filling and turn the roll. Fastened fish roulade with mushrooms with a toothpick.
Coat each fish roll in flour, then in beaten with a little water egg, then in breadcrumbs.
Fry in plenty of oil.
Let cool slightly and serve mouthwatering and yummy fish rolls with mushrooms.
