Description
Do not rush to throw a Shoe at me. This is my 20th recipe, you can say a small anniversary, so I decided to have some fun. The sauce was born spontaneously, out of all available that was at hand.
Ingredients

Ginger

Peel the ginger and grate on a fine grater.
In a separate bowl, mix the cream, jam and ginger.
And that's all! Morning oil "Oleyna" I sang this stack of pancakes.
Pour the sauce over the finished pancakes and enjoy!
