A refreshing ice-cream cake, in which the balance of sour cherry and sweet cream and boiled condensed milk, suitable as a dessert at any time of the year.

First you need to prepare the ingredients. The cream should be cold but not icy to make them easier to whisk, the butter should be the opposite, soft. Cherries and chocolate it is better to get it out of the freezer just before use.
In addition, you will need a mixer and blender, as well as a form for future cake. I used a glass form for the microwave 6 cm height and 20 cm in diameter at the top.

Put 300 gr. broken biscuits in a blender and grind it into fine crumbs. Add 100 gr. butter and grind the mixture until a homogeneous mass. If the blender is small, you should cookies and butter grind for parts.

Add 50 gr. powdered sugar and a pinch of vanilla, mix thoroughly. 50 gr. dark chocolate break into pieces and grind in blender. Add chocolate chips into the cream, stir again. The resulting mass is put in shape, smooth.
Put the form in the freezer for 5-6 hours.

The cake will easily get out of shape after 10 minutes warm. Before serving it you can decorate condensed milk or chocolate chips. Also, to bring to the table it should be after some time after taking from the freezer to the cherry layer and the base has had time to soften.
