Very tender and tasty fish. Marinated in the juice of citrus and honey.

Squeeze the juice of 2 lemons
One orange
Fish cut into portion pieces, put in pan and pour the citrus juice, mixed with honey.
The zest of lemon and orange grind in a blender and add to the fish. The fish marinate 5-6 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
Once the fish has marinated, fry in butter, dipped each slice in the batter. Batter: beat the protein with 50 g of vodka.
