This tart can be served with all different berries and fruits. Berry this month's is strawberry, so cook all of it that is possible! The cold, soft yogurt cream, fragrant lavender cake and a little sour strawberries-combine to create a wonderful combination. A great dessert for a summer family tea party on the terrace.
