Cooking
Mix all ingredients, except cocoa and white flour and divide the dough into 2 parts.
One add the raisins and cocoa and every 400 grams of flour
The dough will be slightly sticky, but that's OK, put it in a package and sent to spend the night in the fridge
Table sprinkle with flour and roll out the chocolate dough to about 0.5 cm and cut out figures. Bake in the oven at 170-180* 10-15 minutes
Light roll out the dough a little thinner and divide into rectangles, one part is put in the jam and cover with the second part. Dip a fork in flour and make a fringe to the rug.
For the icing, beat the whites with the icing sugar and starch to peaks.
