Easy cheesecake with peach
When on the nose the holidays and need to prepare a lot, and to please delicious dessert because you want to. That got me the recipe for this simple cheesecake. Preparing in stages i.e. prepared, poured under has been waiting for. And in between you can prepare something else.

First of all, prepare the base. To do this, grind the cookies into crumbs.

Mix with milk, you can with your hands so it feels, what consistency dough. The dough should not crumble and be like soft clay.

I took the detachable form in diameter 28 and just wrapped with cling film, because at hand anything else was not. But it is better to use special film. Put the dough and arrange on the bottom with your hands. Put into the fridge.

As long as we prepare the filling, the base is slightly cooled and podostynet. Take a bowl, put it in the mascarpone, sugar, yogurt and lemon juice. Beat with a mixer.

Gelatin to dissolve in water before swelling. The milk to the boil in a saucepan with a thick bottom, turn off and after 2 minutes add the swollen gelatin and dissolve, stirring occasionally. When gelatin is dissolved, add it to the whipped mass.

Whisk the cream, to the bowl and gently mix everything with a spatula.

Fill in our form, put into the fridge and forget it for 2 hours.

Then again, take the gelatin, pour the water, wait until it rises. I had 2 jars of puree. But it is better to take at least 3, to achieve a thicker. Pour one jar into a saucepan and boil. Turn off and after 2 minutes add gelatin and dissolve. When the gelatin dissolves, add the second jar of sauce. Pour the frozen surface of the resulting coating and peach again put into the fridge.

I want to tell you that it is very tasty!!! Sounds incredible. At first I was afraid to add the juice of a lemon, but did not regret, he plays a significant role in the flavours.

Thanks for the idea of this recipe website andychef. I slightly changed the amount of ingredients, because he took more in diameter form. And on the website the recipe is presented with mango, I decided to make with peach flavor. Bon appetit!!!
