Cooking
To prepare the topping. Mix all ingredients until smooth in a food processor
Put in the freezer to solidify.
Apples clear from the skin, cut into thin strips (~1*1), add vanilla, cinnamon and mix
In a separate bowl, mix the flour, sugar and semolina.
Form to lay a parchment. I had a square 30*30cm
Divide the dry mixture in three parts. At the bottom of the forms to spread an even layer of 1/3 of dry mixture,
then half of the apples, then half the remaining dry mixture,
then put all the remaining apples and sprinkle remaining dry mixture.
Cover cake with thin layers of butter
and sprinkle on top grated topping. Bake in the oven 40 min at a temperature of 180'C.
