Dark chocolate

Rice flakes

Sugar
4 ст. л.

Potato starch
3 ст. л.

Orange juice
2 ст. л.

Cinnamon
1/2 ч. л.

80 мл

Take rice flakes TM Mistral. Grind.
Melt the chocolate with cream.
Mix the chocolate with the crushed cereal.
On the bottom of the form (18cm) covered plastic wrap. Put chocolate, smooth and clean in the cold.
In the meantime, defrost the cherries and drain the juice. Separately, mix sugar, starch, cinnamon and orange juice. Bring to a boil.
Add the cherries. Boil a bit until thick.
For chocolate spread cherry layer and put into the cold for the final solidification. Very convenient to do it at night. A frozen cake is just shifted on a plate.
