Cookies type "Anniversary" grind in a blender to a state of crumbs. Divided into two parts. One part I made a little smaller (not necessarily in equal proportions-does not matter). Add to one part cocoa powder.
In biscuits, add condensed milk and softened butter in equal proportions. Here, exactly-how many-until grams, can not say, because the quality of condensed milk is different: one liquid, the other thick. Took me about 2-3 "good" tablespoons of butter and 50 gr.

It took me half a slice. Cook regular pudding, just thick enough.

Also, in a separate container, whisk the egg whites with citric acid and sugar in the lush foam.
Take out of the refrigerator our "dough", making him a cone. Note the dark layer at the bottom. Leave him a small piece for the eye.

And then, it is your imagination... using a pastry syringe to draw the beard of Santa Claus, a fur coat, sculpt the eyes. I made a whole cookie. Just stuck the two cookies and covered with cream.
