Fish fillet roll in flour mixed with salt and pepper.
Onion cut into half rings. Melt the butter in squerade and fry the onions.
Put in a pan fish and fry each side for 10 min. Pour water, cover the pan with a lid and keep on slalom heat for another 5 min. Sprinkle fish with parsley. Bon appetit!!!
