Cake Sour cream with crackers
A light cake. Favorite candy my son.

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    500 мл

  • Powdered sugar

    150 г

  • Gelatin

    30 г

  • Cracker

    300 г

  • Chocolate milk

    200 г

  • Fruit

    200 г

  • Jelly

Prepare food. The powdered sugar I prepare myself, so the picture just sugar. And, unfortunately, was not in the supermarket fruit jelly, so I got 2 packs of gelatin and in the distance you can see the peach juice.

First training: the randomly cracker crumble.

Chocolate to grate on a coarse grater.

Soak gelatine in a little cold water, leave to swell.

Whip cream with powdered sugar.

Gelatin melt in a water bath and enter in the sour cream, stirring very fast.

Add crackers, mix well. Make split mold with parchment paper or cling film.

Pour our mixture into the mold in three layers.

Between the layers sprinkle with chocolate. Put our cake in the fridge for 2 hours

Then decorate with fruit (I was only a banana) and pour the fruit jelly diluted in 1/2 portions of water. Put in the fridge for 12 hours.

A slice for tea. Just to clarify - I after the first layer of "dough" a little gave a chocolate, it is not very visible.
