What to do: 1. Melt butter, combine with crushed biscuits. The resulting mass is put in shape, lined with parchment and refrigerate (at least 20 - 30). 2. Soak gelatin in cold boiled water to swell. Then the excess liquid drain, dissolve gelatin in a water bath. 3. Cheese mash, combine with cream cheese, icing sugar and whisk until smooth. Enter the dissolved gelatin, mix. 4. The received weight lay out on a cookie cake to cool (I usually leave for the night. So I'm pretty sure the cake is completely frozen. Although the cake from the cheese hardens rather quickly – about 2 – 2.5 hours). 5. The finished cake will release from the mold, decorate with chocolate shavings and berries. Instead of berries I decorated the cake with fruit: bananas and kiwi. And all this sprinkled with grated black and white chocolate. It was very tasty! Everyone liked it and everyone was happy!
