Yoghurt and strawberry shortcake with lavender biscuits
Yogurt cake was prepared for the first time, as practice with gelatin I have recalculated with the fingers of one hand. All was the fact that at a family dinner needed a cake, but due to the fact that one family member does not like peanut cakes, chocolate second, and the third does not tolerate citrus... it was decided to do a light cake - yogurt! In my opinion, and not strange in the eyes of relatives of the cake was a success. Very fragrant, delicate and airy! Very strawberry. It is very pink. Very lavender! Bon appetit, AA.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

-Beat eggs with icing sugar until light and smooth.

Flour, baking powder and lavender mix with whisk-gradually add to egg mixture. Stirring constantly.

-The mixture should be bright, uniform and remain quite liquid.

-Pour the batter into the pan and bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes. -Ready sponge cake to cool, pour the liqueur and allow the cake to soak.

Strawberries wash thoroughly, cut into small slices and spread on the cake in a circle.

-The remaining strawberries cut into small pieces, mix with yogurt.

-Soak the gelatin in water, let stand, and then reheated. -Pour the melted gelatin to the yogurt mass, mix thoroughly.

-Pour yogurt mixture sponge cake and leave in the refrigerator overnight.!

-Garnish with fresh berries. I also made rosettes of mascarpone cheese mixed with powdered sugar and strawberry liqueur.
