The name of the salad speaks about some innovation. So. Salad ingredients similar to the composition of our beloved classic "Olivier". But I assure you, the taste says otherwise. The salad is very tasty, and even combined with homemade mayonnaise-simply yum!

Cooking
First prepare the products. Boil the potatoes, eggs and meat. Cools products. Open a jar of pickles, pulled out a packet of crab sticks (which were really to my liking)!
Boiled pork cut into small cubes.
Heat the pan and fry meat in small amount of vegetable oil. Put in a bowl.
Cut into cubes the potatoes and eggs.
Clean crab sticks. And cut arbitrarily
I chose the sliced slices that you could see and taste the sticks when tasting)))

Cucumbers also cut into squares.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Salad dressed with our homemade mayonnaise, which I had prepared in advance. Place on a dish and enjoy! Bon appetit!
