Cooking
Shrimp boil in boiling salted water for 5 minutes, cool, peel.
Arugula and Swiss chard well washed, dried, chopped.
Apples cut into small cubes, sprinkle them with lemon juice, not to dark.
With bread cut the crusts, cut into cubes, dry them on a hot skillet.
To make the sauce. From a half of lemon squeeze the juice, mix it with balsamic vinegar and sugar TM "Mistral". Mix all ingredients, season with sauce.
