Corn flakes
2,5 стак.
Cooking
Take pumpkin seeds.
Sesame and flax seeds.
Grind in a blender with 1.5 cups of corn flakes with pumpkin seeds. To connect with sesame and flax.
Pumpkin RUB on a small grater.
Add grated Apple.
And sugar or honey. Sugar possible less, but we do have a sweet tooth.
A good stew to simmer until cooked pumpkin.
Add dry mixture and mix well.
Put on plate and cool.
With wet hands form a ball inside you can put a surprise. Crumble in the crushed flakes.
