Super light and fresh salad with shrimp
This is my favorite salad. Came up with it on the principle of "take all my favorite ingredients and stir". Very simple in execution. I always cook it when you need to build a festive and bountiful table for guests.

First boil the rice in the usual way to get loose.

A little about variations. Someone likes to add this salad an Apple (I is the main binding ingredient), saying that it beats all other tastes and it is better to eat separately. You can add more onions (as with the Apple, and without). The version that is presented here is my "perfect formula" of this salad. What I love the most and can be called purely for its speciality. If you add crab sticks, boiled eggs and carrots, onions, it turns out almost a classic crab salad. Bon appetit!
