Description
The recipe for the seafood salad we brought from Manchuria - the most Russian city of China and it's true, Russian language in Manchuria know everything. During the trip visited an interesting place, but rather the square of matryoshka dolls. In this area about 200 dolls of different sizes, the largest 30 meters, and the smallest about the size of a man. Near the area of the dolls saw the cafe, we decided to eat something light, went, ordered a salad of seafood, liked it and still like it. Here today it was cooking and of course used Kikkoman naturally brewed light soy sauce, it gives the dish a special flair.

Cooking
To prepare the ingredients.
Seafood (peeled shrimp, squid strips, tentacles of squid, mussels, pieces of octopus tentacles) to thaw and boil with a slice of lemon for 5-7 minutes.
Add grated lemon and lemon zest, about a teaspoon.
Cut cucumbers and tomatoes mixed with sea cocktail.
Prepare the sauce ingredients.
2-3 tablespoons light soy sauce Kikkoman, 80 ml cream (20-30%), 1 teaspoon powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, salt and black pepper as desired. All mix well. The sauce is ready.
Pour the salad is prepared sauce and serve. It turns out very tasty.
