Prepare the products.
In a Cup prepare the sauce of sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard and chopped dill.
Squid cut into small cubes, boiled eggs grate on a grater, Apple also three on the grater. Mushrooms recline in a colander.
On a plate put the ring and lay out the salad layers : eggs - sauce - mushrooms - squid.
We continue to spread : sauce - Apple sauce - egg sauce.
Cover with cling film and put on 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
Take out of the fridge. Remove plastic wrap and a ring. Decorate with mushrooms and greens.
The salad is served.
