Tangerine cake with biscuits
I have long wanted to cook a cake with Savoiardi biscuits. Even thought about Tiramisu cake, but I stopped him coffee flavor... not like coffee. And then I thought about Mandarin cake sour cream... and the result see for yourself. It was very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Cookies

  • Mandarin

  • Brown sugar

  • Water

  • Sour cream

  • Mascarpone

    250 г

  • Dark chocolate

    40 г

  • Powdered sugar

    3 ст. л.

Cooking

Let's start with cooking the filling. Peel the tangerines and divide them into slices.

Sugar with water, bring to boil, boil for 2-3 minutes.

Add the tangerines. A good boil and turn off. Let stand to cool and marinate.

For the cream sour cream mixed with powdered sugar and add mascarpone cheese.

When the tangerines have cooled, pour in a separate Cup syrup. Take a form which will collect the cake. On the bottom spread a little cream. Dip cookies in the syrup and spread on cream.

From top to grease cream and put the tangerines. Then again a layer of soaked biscuits and the remnants of the cream. And put the cake in the fridge, preferably overnight.
