Well, this cake did all with different fillings, this time I have red currants.

Cooking
Make shortcrust pastry: butter, flour get crushed into crumbs, add sugar and zamachivaem dough. Leave a little dough for topping. Bake until almost cooked. (I was lazy and posted direct little batter into the pan and pressed with the hands, gets the same amount of cake.)
Filling: melt butter, add sugar.
Mix the egg yolks with cottage cheese, starch, add beaten egg whites, being careful to mix well and add berries, butter, sugar and mix well.
The prepared mixture is spread on the cakes, sprinkle the top with crumbs and bake until ready.
