Powdered sugar

Cooking
Whisk orange juice, sugar and egg.
Dip the toast in the mixture, fry in butter with 2 sides until Golden brown.
We collect strawberries, freeing it from the stalks, wash well from sand and earth, cut into small cubes.
Mix curd with powdered sugar and strawberries. Serve warm French toast with strawberry cottage cheese cream.
