Cooking
In one bowl mix dry ingredients: vanilla sugar, sifted:cocoa and flour, cane sugar.
In another, whisk the eggs and milk. In the bowl with the dry ingredients and slowly pour in the liquid and beat thoroughly with a whisk. Add warm melted butter, again whisk. Strain through a sieve. Cover with cling film and let stand for 25-30 minutes.
Stir the dough. To fry the pancakes. For the first pancake a little to grease the pan with oil, then you do not need. Fry pancakes on one side~20-30 seconds, with another ~5-10. I wanted to prepare high cake, so I took the frying pan with a diameter of 15 cm.
Crushed chocolate cookies into crumbs.
Whip the cream with sugar and vanilla sugar until soft peaks form.
While 1/3 of cream put into the refrigerator in the remaining cream pour coffee and stir. (You can do this: divide the cream into three parts, one to pour the cocoa into another coffee, the third to leave cream. Or even substitute coffee for cocoa, or just don't add cream.)Coffee cream is ready.
Put chocolate pancake on a dish (with two sheets of overlapping parchment;after cooling, the finished cake in the refrigerator gently remove the paper. We have a clean dish for serving cake) spread with coffee cream and sprinkle chocolate biscuits, to lay the next batch. Slightly pressing, gently smooth from the middle to the edges. And so until the end of the coffee cream pancake+ cream+cookies+pressing to flatten.
Same with cream:pancake+cream+ cookies+gently pressing iron. The finished cake put into the refrigerator for about 2 hours, preferably overnight, so it is well soaked.
The sides of the cake I covered with whipped cream and sprinkled chocolate chip cookies.
The top is adorned with flowers made of whipped cream.
