Salad with squid, mushrooms and vegetables
"Squid" - how much of this sound, lovely merged. How many us marine taste could see. The poet of course I'm no good, but the salad made worthy enough. Try it - if You like seafood, You'll definitely enjoy it.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Soy sauce

    3 ст. л.

  • Vinegar

    1 ст. л.

  • Mustard

    2 ч. л.

  • Kiwi

    2 шт

  • Mandarin

    1 шт

Defrost the squid, beans and mushrooms. Cut the cucumber cubes.

Squid cut into thin strips.

In pan melt butter, fry the squid for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and immediately put in a deep container to the pan the squid was not overcooked. In the result of roasting squid secrete a juice which is useful to us. Mushrooms arbitrarily cut, put in pan, chop the onion and fry all together for 15-20 minutes.

Meanwhile in the second pan fry the beans until soft, about 10 minutes, stirring constantly.

Preparing the filling.

Formed by frying squid juice, pour in a glass. Add the soy sauce, vinegar, mustard and all mix well. We get such a beautiful dressing.

In a salad bowl put layers of all our products. I have the first layer - cucumber, the second - mushrooms with onions, the beans, top with the squid and all neatly pour on top of dressing. It turns out such a beautiful picture.

Take kiwi and Mandarin and decorate our salad. Well, after that cover it with a lid and put into the fridge for 10-12 hours. Well, or at night. And then, after that, take out, stir and enjoy.
