Very simple and wxny salad. The lightness of the flavors will surprise You. This can be submitted on the holiday table and make haste for dinner at home.

Remove the pan from the heat and leave them in the water for 5 minutes. In my opinion, after this procedure, the meat become more juicy. Shrimp drain in a sieve for a few seconds and dip in cold water - it will be easier to remove the meat from the shell. Peeled shrimp cut lengthwise, if very small, it is possible and not cutting at all)
