I decided to contribute to the "turtle Kingdom" on the Boy :) a Simple dough and a chocolate glaze. For the contest "world of animals".

Mix all ingredients, knead a smooth, fairly dense batter
Blind turtles. To do this, make a ball and flatten it with one hand. It will be a shell

Roll another sausage and slip it between the carapace and the front legs. Head finished :)
On the shell to make the squares with the back of a knife. Gently move each turtle on a greased baking sheet - until they raw, can fall apart, but the pastries are all "grabs".
Send the turtles in the oven (200 C) for 10-15 minutes - until Golden brown. Meanwhile, make the glaze: mix all ingredients on low heat to dissolve, bring to boil and cook stirring about 3 minutes. Cool. And pour glaze the cooled turtles. Bon appetit!
