Cookies grind.
Mix biscuits with butter and ginger. Put in a baking dish.
Yolks, sugar, grated rind and lemon juice, beat well. Add the mascarpone, mix well.
Add separately beaten egg whites, mix well and put in on the cookie mass.
Bake in the oven for 35-45min. at 180* to Decorate the finished cake in the mood ;) enjoy your tea!
