Liver cakes are prepared by hostess, each in their own way. I love mushrooms - assorted and salted and frozen and fresh so I try them in season to stock up as much as possible. So that's liver cake potowa home and guests.

Here are the products we need to prepare our snack cake. First prepare the filling for sandwiching liver pancakes. Boil 2 eggs, three carrots on a coarse grater, shred the onion, finely chop mushrooms (you can also scroll in a meat grinder).

Heat the pan with oil, fry lightly the onion, add the grated carrots, then the mushrooms and simmer it all until tender. Spread the prepared stuffing in a separate dish, salt and pepper to taste, you can add mayonnaise, you can not add it.

The liver and bacon to scroll in a meat grinder (you can add to the mix 1 onion, which also scroll on a meat grinder), add salt, pepper, chicken, raw eggs, semolina, starch and mix everything carefully. On a hot pan in which warm oil or melted lard, pour ¼ of the mixture, about 1 cm (if you make the pancake thinner or thicker that 1 cm would be problematic to flip to the other side!) fry on both sides. Remove pancake and pour another portion. I got 4 pancakes.

The resulting cooled pancakes and coat with stuffing in turn. The top layer of mayonnaise and add grated on a coarse grater remaining 2 eggs! Decorate as desired. That's all!
