A very light cake for those who are watching a figure and loves desserts:) Summer really want something light, tasty, but at the same time lean! And to make it, you don't have to in this heat to mess around in the kitchen with all sorts of cakes and creams, heating the stove and the oven! This cake made for the birthday of the beloved! Last night recipe invented itself):):) - time low, the fun high!

Cooking
The first thing in a blender or with a pestle crumble the crackers into fine crumbs. Sunflower oil is slightly warmed in the microwave and mash with a fork and mix with the biscuits, put into the form and tamp slightly with your hand or a glass. My time was short, you can leave in the fridge for an hour, I put in the preheated oven for 7 min. Give the form with the crust cool.
Cook until gelatin is poured and allowed to swell, how much water - written on the packaging. I've added to 35 g of gelatin 250 water. give a little to cool and prepare the dough.
2 bananas make puree, whisk sour cream with sugar, add to the banana puree and a little of the cooled gelatin.
Graviola dough fill in the form with the crust. Leave in the fridge for 20 min. I had enough of the dough to harden.
While it's getting cold, fill with a fruit jelly, for firmer Jell-o water, pour half of what is written on the packaging, in my case, 2 packs of jelly they used 400 ml of water. Cut fruits for decoration, lay them on the cake.
When the jelly has cooled down, pour the top of the fruit and put in the fridge for 3-4 hours. or in the freezer for an hour, and then transfer to the refrigerator for another hour. carefully transfer the cake in the fridge, fruit in Jell-o float, you can bring down the whole composition))) !!! A word of caution: don't take too juicy fruit, they let the juice and will not allow to fully harden the jelly, I had it with kiwi, it is better to cut and leave on the cloth for 20 min to stack juice!!!
After a time, take out the cake and enjoy!
