Cut 2 slices of favorite bread. Delicious and fresh. I choose black, but I don't love the bun. Then sprinkle on top of the arugula. Full! Vitamins the same. Macrosite top with feta and place the sun-dried tomatoes. Olives cut and top. Add all this mountain of mussels. I used marinated mussels in oil. Boldly put on top slice of bread and should be pinched by hand.
