Spicy stewed cabbage

Description

How many mistresses, so many options for this dish. Decided to add your. I don't use tomatoes, carcass water, and broth and add spicy smoked sausage. It turns out very tasty. I hope you like it :-)

Cooking

Chop the onion, sausage, grate the carrot.

Fry.

Add shredded cabbage and spices. Pour the broth, add the tomato paste and simmer on low heat for 20-30 minutes.

Remove cover and simmer another 10 minutes or until the evaporation of the remaining liquid. Add the ketchup. Mix well and, if necessary, just edit to taste. Ready!
