Steak of Palamidi
This dish reminds me of spring. My dad always cooks it on March 8. This year I was not able to try it, so I decided to do it myself. Offer two options for the daring who are not afraid to eat raw fish and for careful ))

Squeeze onion in the juice of 1/3 of a lemon, add salt, black pepper and two tablespoons of sunflower oil. Leave to brew and doing everything else.

Now we need to make croutons out of black bread. Per serving is usually two pieces of bread. In a pan pour sunflower oil, I add salt to the oil for my taste toast just the way you need for this dish. Fry the bread on both sides until brown.

Now the most important is fish. Steak is a dish of raw frozen fish. Pelamida most often sold frozen. I was a little defrost, it was easier to carve. Cut off the head, remove the skin and remove all the innards. We need only light meat, dark part of the cut, this fat, which gives a characteristic fishy flavor.

To cut the fish put onions, pour the juice with the oil left from the onions. The steak is served French toast and lemon wedges. You need to eat immediately.
