Everything is just... whisk the cottage cheese with sour cream until creamy and smooth
Add purple Basil, salt, pepper (I added ground cumin and allspice), in the bundle of Basil was a sprig of dill and it went in
Whisk everything until smooth, the more Basil, the more saturated the color purple
Now assemble the sandwich.. I love corn bread, especially it is great for this recipe, generously spread sauce on bread and slamraam all the red fish, that's all=)))
