Appetizer beans with rice
A wonderful appetizer of Kidney beans TM "Mistral" with rice. The beans were quite unusual in taste, and in combination with rice, very tasty.

Beans cover with water and leave for 4 hours. Drain the water. Pour the beans with new water, cook until tender. Bean decoction to drain, leaving 0.5 cups.
