My son, like all children, loves hamburgers. I often make them at home, but crab sticks never did. Patties of crab sticks we grilled on specially cut paper shapes. We made them and they turned out just delicious - with a nice crab-smoked taste, the child, and behind him, and dad stuff down for both cheeks.

Cooking
Crab sticks cut into small cubes.
Combine the crab sticks with sliced smoked cheese, egg, sour cream, starch, garlic, Basil and a little salt.
Cut paper circles the size of hamburger buns, spread them on a greased pan - it gives a nice and even circle the size of buns and patties will not stick to the pan.
They spread the stuffing of crab sticks.
Fry the patties until Golden on both sides.
Lay out the cutlets from the pan to a plate and assemble the Burger:
- cut the bun into 2 parts, and grease the bottom of a ketchup
- spread on top of the lettuce,
- top 2 cakes of crab sticks, padded cheese
- next, put the slices of tomatoes on them rings of red onion,
all Vanchem top buns and serve.
