Radishes with cheese and a bean pate

Ingredients

  • Radishes

  • Beans

    3 ст. л.

  • Cheese

    3 ст. л.

  • Garlic

    1 зуб.

  • Sour cream

    0,5 ст. л.

  • Green onions

    1 ст. л.

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Garnet

So I pre-boiled until cooked red beans from TM "Mistral" and cooled. Then skipped through a meat grinder.

Hard cheese grate on a fine grater and combine with beans.

Radishes rinse well with water and cut it in the middle.

In pate add sour cream and green onions. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Stir until smooth.

Fill with pate radish. And decorate with pomegranate seeds. Once you can bring to the table. Bon appetit!
