Peel the potatoes, fine julienne cut, and fry until Golden brown, season with salt.
Boil the meat, cool, cut small cubes, to the same small strips of chopped bacon, sour cream and adjika, salt and pepper to taste.
Slice cucumber roundels. Potatoes spread on a plate, put thinly sliced cucumber.
Cucumber-put a snack in the form of a pyramid.
