Squash cake

Here is another of the many variety of recipes made of zucchini.

Zucchini grate on a coarse grater.

To the zucchini add the flour, egg (you can add 2 if they are small), salt and mix well.

Bake in a large pan, 4 pancakes made of squash mixture.

Carrots grate on a coarse grater, onion finely chopped. Carrots and onions fry together until cooked. Mix with mayonnaise and salt.

Natural processed cheese on a small grater. Mix with the mayonnaise.

Crab sticks to RUB on a small grater and mix with mayonnaise.

Stuffing with carrots spread on the first attempt.

At first put the second pancake. The filling with cheese spread on it.

Put the third pancake and it namazyvaete the filling of crab sticks.

On top of the cake put the last pancake.
