One of my most favorite dishes. Tofu is one of the most versatile products. The versatility of tofu provides its neutral taste and ability to absorb the taste and flavor of the surrounding ingredients. To prepare quick and easy, very tasty and, most importantly, useful!

Cooking
Tofu produce a variety of consistency, and so it is suitable for cooking various dishes. For example, I used the so-called silk tofu (soft) Japanese, having a cream-like consistency. It is sold in separate packages for 113 grams each
Carefully remove the package and cut the tofu into equal parts
Each circle need to roll in cornstarch. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the pieces of tofu until Golden brown. Put the tofu from the pan to a separate plate, we will need it later
In the same pan with oil put the chopped onions and sliced carrots, add sesame seed and cook for 10-15 minutes.
While stew vegetables, prepare the sauce. In a glass of cold water stir in 1 tbsp. spoonful of starch, stir. Then pour 5 tbsp classic sauce Kikkoman. Stir.
In the pan with the vegetables put the cooked tofu and pour in sauce. Stir gently and cook until the sauce thickens.
Before serving, pepper! Bon appetit!
